Kinoko the Kokeshi

I love Gwen Stafani's Harajuku textiles, I loved it so much I made my own Gwen version of myself. That textile was called kokeshi dolls. So I thought hm, I wonder if its something else than just her making stuff up, so i Google it and find all these beautifully crafted wooden dolls, and they are all so cute, i wanted to make my own. So born is Kinoko the Kokeshi, shes my first attempt that I think is presentable... Oh and shes on a windowsill. OMG AND shes ALL by me! I didn't use a base! i guess... I made my own! from looking at a picture though
